1)Where are you guys located?

We are located in Singapore, the Lion City.

2)What are your Tees made of?

We are currently using Tagless Hanes 100% Cotton.

3)What payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?

The Bigcartel checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Bigcartel has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

4)What if i don't have a Paypal account?

You don't need a Paypal account just click on 'Don't have a Paypal Account? Pay with your debit card or credit card' at the bottom of the check-out page.

5)When will my order arrive?

It will take 4-5 working days for Singapore and 10-14 working days for anywhere else, after it has been processed.

6)Why is there a printing of Hanes inside?

That’s because we are currently using Hanes as our blank Tees, we are not affiliated with Hanes.

7)How do I care for my Tees?

Wash t-shirts inside out and if machine wash use cold water. Always wash dark colors separately and use non-chlorine bleach only. For drying, hang dry or low heat is recommend to prevent shrinkage. And do not iron on designs.

8)What is the store’s return and exchange policy?

Please email us before returning any products. All items must be returned or contacted within 10 days, NOT washed.
Shirts may be exchanged for another size as long as you meet the criteria above
If there is a defect with item you have received we will gladly replace your item.
We do not offer refunds at this time. Exchange only.

9)What is Bigcartel?

Bigcartel is an online store system and its a marketplace for bands, clothing companies, record labels, artists, nonprofits and everyone else who needs an online store. Shoppers can purchase items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step.

10)Do you guys ship outside of Singapore?

Yes, yes we do ship outside of Singapore :D 

11) Are your prices in US Dollars? 

No all of our prices are actually in Singapore dollars.
